Evolution of informal land use (e.g., urban villages), governance of informal settlements, urban renewal, and intensive land use.
Housing and Residential Space:
Job-housing integration in metropolitan areas, affordable and healthy housing systems, housing equity for low-income groups, and housing policy.
Urban-Rural Integration and Regional Development:
Urbanization and land expansion, land rights-planning interactions, rural land systems, and rural revitalization.

III. Requirements
Hold or soon obtain a Ph.D. in Human Geography, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Urban Economics, or related fields (age ≤ 35).
Publish ≥2 high-quality papers.
Strong independent research skills, proficiency in relevant theories/methods, and fluency in English.
Full-time commitment to postdoctoral research.

IV. Benefits
Annual Salary:
Base salary: 120,000 CNY (housing benefits included).
Shenzhen living subsidy: 180,000–300,000 CNY/year.
Additional research bonuses and performance incentives.
